SBI Funds Management Lists on Mumbai Exchange, Up 6.2% on Debut with $12.89B Market Cap

According to Bitget, India's largest asset management company SBI Funds Management listed on the Mumbai stock exchange on July 21, closing up 6.2% on its first day at 609.75 rupees per share, valuing the company at 1.24 trillion rupees, or approximately $12.89 billion.

The IPO raised $1.03 billion, marking India's largest IPO of 2026. The offering attracted around $31 billion in subscriptions and drew anchor investments from BlackRock as well as sovereign wealth funds from Singapore, Abu Dhabi, and Norway, totaling approximately $278.5 million.
