Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix Fall Over 7% on July 24 as Foreign Investors Offload

According to Newsis, Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix plunged on July 24, with Samsung falling 7.59% to close at 249,500 won and SK Hynix dropping 8.34% to 1.759 million won. Foreign investors led the selling pressure, with net outflows of 873.1 billion won from Samsung and 1.7568 trillion won from SK Hynix. Analysts attributed the decline to profit-taking following the previous day's rally, coupled with concerns over peak semiconductor cycle sentiment.
