RWA Tokens Post +10.7% Median Return in July 2026, Outperforming All Major Crypto Narratives

According to CryptoRank data, Real World Asset (RWA) tokens posted a median return of +10.7% in July 2026, marking the strongest performance among major crypto narratives. Layer-2 networks and Decentralized Finance protocols gained 7.6% and 6.3% respectively, while Meme coins, GameFi tokens, and Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks declined during the month.

RWA's on-chain capitalization reached $32.2 billion on July 24, up 12.3% from the start of the month and surpassing the previous peak set in April. However, the sector's gains remained concentrated among a smaller group of tokens, with only 9 gainers against 5 losers tracked by CryptoRank, suggesting a narrower rally compared to broader market movements.
