Russia's Peskov States U.S. Not 'Absolutely Neutral' on Ukraine on June 26

According to Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov on June 26, the United States cannot be considered 'absolutely neutral' on the Russia-Ukraine issue. Speaking at a news briefing, Peskov noted the U.S. continues to provide substantial weapons and technical support to Ukraine, shifting from non-repayable aid to paid sales. Russia, however, appreciated U.S. statements regarding willingness to facilitate a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
