Russia Reports Intercepting 216 Ukrainian Drones on June 19; Ukraine Says 79 of 90 Russian Drones Shot Down

According to Russia's Defense Ministry, on June 19, Russian forces intercepted and destroyed 216 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones over 15 regions including Moscow, Belgorod, and Bryansk between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Moscow time. Ukraine's Air Force reported that Russian forces launched 90 drones targeting Ukraine from June 18 at 6 p.m. to early morning on June 19, with Ukrainian forces shooting down or electronically jamming 79 of them as of 8:30 a.m. on June 19.
