According to Walter Bloomberg, Robinhood launched AI Agent features on May 27, allowing users to delegate stock trading, portfolio management, and spending decisions to AI tools such as Anthropic Claude and Cursor. The AI agents can execute trades and manage investments while users retain control through spending limits, approval mechanisms, and real-time notifications. In the payments space, AI agents can use Robinhood Gold virtual credit cards to search for deals, book travel, and purchase tickets. Robinhood said the feature currently supports stock trading and will expand to options and cryptocurrency trading.
