Ray Dalio Warns AI Bubble Will Eventually Burst, Citing Overvaluation and Excess Speculation

According to Bloomberg Television, Ray Dalio stated today (June 3) that the artificial intelligence bubble will ultimately collapse. The Bridgewater Associates founder characterized the current AI boom as displaying typical bubble characteristics including overvaluation, excess speculation, and paper wealth far exceeding actual monetary value, similar to the 2000 internet bubble.

Dalio noted that while the bubble may burst, it will not diminish the long-term revolutionary value of AI technology itself. He indicated that most AI-related companies may struggle to survive, but the underlying technology will continue to transform the world.
