Rambus reported second-quarter total revenue of $207.4 million, up 20% year-over-year, with non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) of $0.77, up 24%, both exceeding guidance. For the third quarter, the company projects total revenue between $210 million and $216 million, with non-GAAP EPS guidance of $0.75 to $0.82. Rambus also announced it will discontinue disclosing licensing billings metrics and shift entirely to ASC 606 revenue standards.
