Prosper AI Raises $30M in Series A Led by a16z

According to BlockBeats, Prosper AI completed a $30 million Series A funding round on June 22, led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), with participation from Base10 Partners, Emergence Capital, and Y Combinator. The round brings the company's total funding to approximately $36.6 million.

The healthcare AI startup provides voice agents that automate the complete patient visit cycle, including appointment scheduling, insurance verification, communications with insurers, and billing. Prosper AI currently serves over 150,000 healthcare organizations. Since its last funding round in September, the company has achieved approximately 5x revenue growth and established partnerships with major healthcare IT platforms including Athenahealth and ImagineSoftware.
