Powell: Will remain as a board member after May 15th, serving in a low-profile capacity

Over the past weekend, the Department of Justice provided assurances that they will not reopen the investigation unless there is a criminal referral.

I stand by my position; I will not leave until the Department of Justice’s investigation is thoroughly concluded. I will continue to serve as a board member after May 15.
