Over 91% of Chinese Graduates Adjust Job Plans to Avoid AI-Replaceable Roles, Survey Shows

According to a survey by China Youth Daily released on May 14, 1,333 recent graduates were asked how artificial intelligence is reshaping their employment strategies. Results showed 91.1% of respondents adjusted their job-search plans due to rapid AI development. Over 60% analyzed AI-related position requirements and tailored resumes and interview preparation accordingly. Additionally, 64.1% of graduates expect employers to prioritize talent development and provide comprehensive onboarding training and career support in the AI era.
