According to South China Morning Post, Alibaba targets annualized recurring revenue from its AI models and applications to reach $4.42 billion by the end of 2026. In the latest quarter, the company reported $1.32 billion in AI-related revenue, marking triple-digit growth for the 11th consecutive quarter. Alibaba also stated that AI products could contribute more than 50% of cloud revenue within a year, while capital spending for AI data center development will likely exceed the planned $56 billion.
