According to OCBC, on July 29, Bank of Singapore is rolling out HELIOS, its agentic AI platform, across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai to accelerate private-banking account openings. The platform is expected to cut account-opening times to 15 business days from an industry median of approximately six weeks by automating know-your-customer due diligence before relationship managers engage prospective clients.
