According to KeyBanc analyst John Vinh, Nvidia's Rubin GPU servers experienced thermal control issues that caused a minor production ramp delay, but the problem has been resolved. Vinh expects production volumes to increase starting in July 2026.

Vinh maintains forecasts of 1.7–1.8 million Rubin chips and 5.5–6 million Blackwell units to ship in 2026. He raised Nvidia's stock price target from $310 to $330, based on a 25x forward P/E multiple on 2028 earnings estimates.
