According to Craig-Hallum, nLIGHT Inc. (LASR) secured a $627 million Joint Laser Weapon System (JLWS) defense contract, prompting the research firm to raise its price target to $100 from $80 on Friday. The agreement begins with a $44 million initial award and could expand significantly if additional development and production phases are approved. Craig-Hallum expects the company to generate some revenue this year, with larger financial benefits anticipated in 2027 and 2028.
