Mynt Approves IPO Filing for 12% Stake on Philippine Stock Exchange on June 17

According to Ayala Corporation and Globe Telecom, Mynt (GCash's parent firm) on June 17 approved the filing of an initial public offering (IPO) application with the Philippine Stock Exchange. The board and shareholders authorized the registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company plans to offer 12% of its outstanding capital stock at approximately P0.03 per share. Analysts expect the offering to raise around $1 billion, potentially making it the largest IPO on the PSE to date.
