Meta Launches Business Agent AI Assistant for Global Enterprises, 100M+ Users on June 4

According to BlockBeats, Meta launched Business Agent AI assistant on June 4, expanding access to enterprises globally. The tool can be deployed in minutes and handles automated customer responses, product recommendations, appointment scheduling, lead qualification, and sales completion, with optional escalation to human agents.

Meta stated that over 1 million enterprises currently use Business Agent across WhatsApp and Messenger, with more than 1 billion daily active conversations across WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram.
