Marvell CFO Files to Sell 211,329 Shares Worth $65.3M as MRVL Dips in Premarket

According to Form 144 filings disclosed late Monday, Willem Meintjes, Marvell Technology's outgoing chief financial officer, filed to sell 211,329 shares valued at approximately $65.3 million at Monday's closing price. The filings represent Meintjes' intended sale and do not confirm the shares have been sold. Meintjes retains ownership of 227,037 shares in total.

Marvell's stock declined 0.4% in premarket trading on Tuesday after gaining over 10% the previous day. The company recently appointed former Adobe CFO Dan Durn to replace Meintjes, who will serve as an advisor through April 2027.
