LTP Obtains Australian Financial Services Licence for Institutional Digital Assets

LTP recently announced it obtained an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. The authorization permits LTP to provide financial product advice, dealing services, and execution and arranging capabilities for wholesale clients across traditional and blockchain-linked financial products. The AFSL grants access to securities, managed investment schemes, and deposit and payment products, enabling LTP to offer regulated services in tokenized real-world assets and related institutional infrastructure. "The acquisition of the AFSL is a foundational pillar of LTP's vision to construct a seamless, regulated bridge between traditional capital markets and digital asset ecosystems," said Jack Yang, Founder and CEO of LTP.
