According to Lido, today's stETH rebase annual percentage rate (APR) came in at 2.04%, below the expected 2.15%, due to the protocol's oracle failing to report an ongoing validator deposit of 32 ETH. The shortfall is not related to slashing or protocol penalties, and no funds are at risk. Contributors verified Lido's total validator balance on Ethereum's consensus layer and confirmed no risk to user funds. Once the oracle issue is fixed, the next rebase will include the previously unreported balance. Users need not take any action.
