Ledger Researchers Discover Laser Attack Vulnerability in Tangem Wallet Cards on July 10

According to Ledger researchers, on July 10, a laser attack vulnerability was discovered in Tangem hardware wallet cards that allows password reset. The attack requires physical access to devices and approximately $250,000 of specialized laboratory equipment. Existing Tangem cards in circulation cannot be patched to fix the vulnerability.
