Korean Robot Stocks Rally Up to 16.28% on Samsung's New Robotics Division on July 23

According to the Korean Exchange, domestic robot stocks surged on July 23 after Samsung Electronics announced the establishment of a robotics business division on July 22. Rainbow Robotics, a Samsung subsidiary, closed up 16.28% at 478,500 won, while three other robot-related stocks—Cosmo Robotics, TXR Robotics, and N-Robotics—hit daily limits. Analysts noted that the sector had declined an average of 33.6% over the past month but may reverse as Hyundai Motor Group and Tesla plan to unveil humanoid prototypes in the second half of 2026.
