Karma3 Labs Shutting Down OpenRank Protocol on June 16, Returning Capital to Investors

According to founder Sahil Dewan on X, Karma3 Labs and its OpenRank decentralized reputation protocol will shut down, with remaining capital returned to investors. All code, protocols, documentation and learning materials will be open-sourced with GitHub repositories archived permanently.

During its 3.5-year operation, OpenRank generated reputation scores for over 10 million on-chain users, facilitated over $50 million in incentive distributions, and supported more than 50 integrations, according to Dewan.
