JP Morgan Launches 5 Warrants on Zhongji Xuanchuang Ahead of July 30 Hong Kong Listing

JP Morgan announced on July 27 that it will launch five warrants on Chinese optical equipment manufacturer Zhongji Xuanchuang (03308) on July 30, coinciding with the company's Hong Kong IPO. The warrants will have entry-level fees ranging from 600 to 1,500 yuan per lot, compared to approximately 50,000 yuan per lot for the underlying stock at the IPO price cap. The strike prices for the initial batch of warrants range from 1,433 to 3,208 yuan.
