ITC Terminates 337 Investigation Into Gyro-Stabilized Electric Unicycles on June 18 Based on Settlement

On June 18, 2026, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) issued a final determination in its Section 337 investigation (TA-1488) regarding certain gyro-stabilized electric unicycles, their components, and downstream products. The ITC declined to review an initial determination issued on May 21, 2026, and terminated its investigation against defendant Inmotion Technologies Co., Ltd. (also known as Shenzhen Lexing Tianxia Technology Co., Ltd.), a Chinese company, based on a settlement agreement.
