Israeli AI Testing Startup Arato Raises $10M in Seed Funding Led by TLV Partners

According to Calcalist, Arato, an Israel-based AI testing startup, raised $10 million in seed funding led by TLV Partners. The round also included Jibe Ventures, Raghu Raghuram (partner at Andreessen Horowitz and former VMware CEO), and Marianna Tessel (former Intuit CTO). Founded in 2024 by CEO Shahar Erez and CTO Hilik Paz, Arato's platform simulates user interactions across text, voice, and business data interfaces to identify hallucinations, accuracy issues, and compliance gaps.
