Israel Crypto Tax Disclosure Program Receives Only $50M Against $1B Target

According to reports, Israel's Tax Authority voluntary disclosure program has received only $50 million in crypto capital disclosures, significantly below the expected $1 billion target. The program, which offers immunity from criminal proceedings to eligible filers, has attracted only 58 participants so far. Eligible holders must have held no more than $522,000 in crypto assets as of December 2024, file corrected reports, and pay taxes in full by August 31, 2026.
