Standard Chartered Predicts Bitcoin to Hit $100,000 and Ethereum to $4,000 by End of 2026

BTC-2.38%
ETH-0.87%

According to Standard Chartered, the British banking giant predicts that Bitcoin will reach $100,000 and Ethereum will reach $4,000 by the end of 2026, signaling that the current sell-off is nearing its bottom.

Geoffrey Kendrick, Global Head of Digital Assets Research at Standard Chartered, noted that spot ETF-based BTC assets remain structurally strong and large-scale buyback activity is expected, indicating the worst of the current sell-off has passed. Kendrick wrote to clients: "When we see BTC reaching $100,000 and Ethereum reaching $4,000 by the end of 2026, we'll see that the current situation is the buying zone we all want."
