Iran, U.S. Form Two Working Groups on Sanctions and Nuclear Issues After Smooth Technical Talks on June 23

According to Jin10, Iran's representative to the UN Geneva office Ali Bagheri stated on June 23 that technical-level talks between Iran and the U.S. in Switzerland went "very smoothly." The two sides will establish two working groups in the coming days to discuss sanctions relief and Iran's nuclear program at the technical level. Bagheri noted that Iran will continue negotiations as long as the U.S. demonstrates a constructive attitude. He added that discussions on allowing inspectors access to Iranian nuclear facilities have not yet been held and will be reserved for formal negotiations in the next stage.
