The memorandum of understanding between the two sides explicitly emphasizes ending wars against Iran and its allies, and includes guarantees for territorial integrity.

Both nations agreed to establish a coordination center to address related issues, enabling Lebanese civilians to return home and facilitating Israeli military withdrawal from Lebanese territory.
