Iran Agrees to Accept Large-Scale Weapons Inspections Following First Talks With U.S.

According to U.S. President Trump on June 22, Iran will agree to accept large-scale weapons inspections to ensure long-term "nuclear commitment," following the first round of U.S.-Iran negotiations in Switzerland.

U.S. Vice President Vance stated at a press briefing that the talks made significant progress and laid a strong foundation for a final agreement. Iran has agreed to allow International Atomic Energy Agency inspectors to return to the country.
