According to SettleMint's official announcement on June 4, Integra and SettleMint signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a framework combining Integra's AI-powered blockchain ecosystem with SettleMint's Digital Asset Lifecycle Platform for compliant real estate tokenization across the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Projects entering the Integra ecosystem will gain access to SettleMint's technology platform, implementation expertise, and licensing capabilities.
Integra's AI technology is designed to support real estate functions including buying, selling, negotiating, and managing properties on-chain, while SettleMint's infrastructure handles compliance, permissions, and multi-jurisdiction regulatory requirements. According to a May 2026 Boston Consulting Group report, alternative asset tokenization, including real estate, could account for 25–30% of all tokenized sectors by 2035.
