HIVE's BUZZ HPC Signs $220M AI Cloud Contract With Bell Canada and Cohere

According to HIVE Digital's announcement, its wholly owned subsidiary BUZZ High Performance Computing signed a three-year, $220 million GPU cloud contract earlier Thursday, June 18. The agreement combines Bell's data center and connectivity platform, Cohere's enterprise AI models, and BUZZ HPC's NVIDIA-powered GPU infrastructure to deliver a full-stack sovereign AI platform for Canadian enterprises and government customers.

BUZZ HPC will deploy 2,304 NVIDIA Grace Blackwell GPUs in rack-scale systems at Bell's facility in Merritt, British Columbia. The company said the AI infrastructure is expected to go live in late 2026 to early 2027, adding approximately $70 million in annual recurring revenue to its existing $35 million ARR.
