According to Guru Club, the 2026 Guangzhou Optoelectronic Intelligence and AI Hyperspectral Industry Alliance Conference was held on May 16 in Haizhu District. The event launched the Haizhu Optoelectronic Intelligence and Spectral Algorithm Competition, aimed at recruiting top algorithm talent globally and accelerating commercialization of spectral applications. In the signing ceremony, Samey Investment and Lightcom Technology reached a multi-million yuan collaboration to establish an industrialization base in Haizhu. As of 2025, Haizhu’s intelligent manufacturing system integration service cluster achieved national-level status with total output exceeding 17.4 billion yuan.
