Google Raises Gemini API Limit by 3x on May 22, Cumulative Increase Hits 9x

According to Beating, Google's Antigravity team core member Varun Mohan announced on May 22 that all paid subscription plans will have their weekly Gemini API call limits raised by 3x. Combined with a 3x increase announced the previous day, the cumulative quota adjustment now reaches 9x from the original baseline. The team also reset all paid users' weekly usage to zero.

Developers in the community have questioned the announcement, with multiple users noting that Antigravity previously implemented severe quota restrictions that rendered the product unusable for even light users. Some developers commented that the increase merely restores previously excessive restrictions rather than representing a generous benefit.
