Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley Expected to Earn ~$100M Each from SpaceX IPO

According to Wall Street Journal, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are expected to earn approximately $100 million each in underwriting fees from SpaceX's IPO, which is raising approximately $75 billion with total underwriting fees of around $500 million, or 0.7% of the raise amount.

The two lead underwriters will jointly capture 40% of total fees. Bank of America, Citigroup, and JPMorgan Chase are each expected to receive approximately $75 million, while other banks are expected to earn around $10 million or less per firm.
