German and French Bond Yields Rise on June 8, French 10-Year Up 14.6bp

On June 8 during European market close, German government bond yields broadly rose. The 10-year yield climbed 2.2 basis points to 3.060%, trading within a 3.034%-3.073% range intraday. The 2-year yield rose 1.4 basis points to 2.706%, while the 30-year yield advanced 2.2 basis points to 3.593%.

French 10-year government bond yields surged 14.6 basis points to 3.839%, displaying a W-shaped pattern throughout the day, reaching as high as 3.854% before European equity markets opened.
