Genspark Raises $100M on June 17, Hitting $2.6B Valuation in Series B Extension

According to Reuters, Genspark raised an additional $100 million on June 17 in an extended Series B funding round, valuing the Palo Alto-based AI workplace software startup at $2.6 billion. The extension brings total Series B funding to $485 million, backed by existing investors including Sozo Ventures, Korea Mirae Asset, and UpHonest Capital. The company reported more than 6,000 business clients within six months of launch and generated $250 million in annual recurring revenue as of Q1 2026.
