According to Reuters, healthcare AI company Commure raised $70 million on May 19 in a funding round led by General Catalyst, reaching a $7 billion post-money valuation. The California-based company's software automates healthcare administrative tasks such as billing and payment tracking using agentic AI, serving over 500 healthcare organizations across 3,000 sites. Commure plans to use the funding to expand its revenue cycle and practice management platform and develop AI infrastructure for international healthcare markets.
