GENIUS-3.65%

According to Galaxy Research, the firm’s latest report projects that by 2030, GENIUS stablecoin could generate between $400 billion in baseline scenario credit expansion and $1.2 trillion in optimistic scenario. The report, disclosed by Galaxy Research managing director Alex Thorn, found that 60-70% of new stablecoin issuance would originate from overseas, representing net economic growth rather than deposit migration. Each newly minted GENIUS stablecoin generates approximately 32 cents in net credit for the U.S. economy. Additionally, short-end Treasury yields would compress 3-5 basis points, potentially saving taxpayers up to $3 billion annually in borrowing costs.
