According to JPMorgan Chase, the firm recently maintained a bullish outlook for the cryptocurrency market in 2026, citing expected institutional capital inflows and regulatory clarity. The bank’s analyst team, led by Nikolaos Panigirtzoglou, estimates Bitcoin’s production cost at approximately $77,000 per coin. This level could establish a new price equilibrium if BTC trades below it for an extended period, potentially forcing some miners to exit the market and subsequently lowering overall Bitcoin production costs.
