Fukushima Nuclear Plant's Contaminated Water Discharge Halts Again Due to Warning Alert on June 13

According to Jin10, an alarm system at Tokyo Electric Power Company's Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station was triggered on the afternoon of June 13, automatically halting contaminated water discharge operations. The alert, designed to detect anomalies during the water transfer process, was activated; however, officials stated that the equipment itself showed no signs of malfunction. TEPCO is investigating the cause of the alert. A similar incident occurred at the facility on June 10.
