According to ChainCatcher, on July 29 at 15:49:35 UTC, a chain reorganization involving Bitcoin blocks 941,881–941,886 was completed as Foundry USA's branch gained mining dominance. Antpool initially mined block 941,881, with Foundry USA producing an alternative version 12 seconds later, creating two competing chains. ViaBTC extended Antpool's branch with block 941,882, while Foundry USA continued its own fork. Foundry USA then mined blocks 941,883 through 941,886 consecutively, accumulating greater total work. The network subsequently reorganized to Foundry USA's branch, rendering Antpool and ViaBTC blocks orphaned and forfeiting associated block rewards and fees. Unconfirmed transactions were returned to the mempool and included in subsequent blocks.
