DriveNets Raises $410M Led by Bessemer, Atreides on June 1

According to Reuters, on June 1, Israeli networking software company DriveNets raised $410 million in a funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Atreides Management to support AI infrastructure demand. The funding brings DriveNets' total capital raised to $1 billion. AMD and Red Dot Capital joined the round, with existing investors Pitango and D1 Capital Partners participating. The company, which provides software for disaggregated networking on white-box hardware, did not disclose its valuation.
