Douyin Launches AI Anti-Cyberbullying Agent, Expands At-Risk User Detection by 91.5%

According to China News Service, Douyin launched an AI anti-cyberbullying agent today (June 12), expanding daily detection of users at risk of cyberbullying by 91.5%. The AI system works with human moderators across risk discovery, event assessment, proactive management, and victim assistance. Since the upgrade, thousands of users receive daily alerts and activate anti-cyberbullying protections, while the number of high-risk victims receiving human support calls increased 147%.
