DAXA Hosts Briefing for Non-KRW Exchanges Ahead of Oct 1 Telecom Fraud Victim Refund Law

According to DAXA, the Digital Asset Exchange Association held a briefing session for non-KRW-based exchanges on July 28 to prepare for South Korea's Telecommunications Fraud Victim Refund Law, which takes effect on October 1.
