Danske Bank Predicts Brent Crude at $80 per Barrel Through 2026, $85 in 2027

According to Danske Bank via Jin10, the Danish lender predicts average Brent crude oil will trade at $80 per barrel through the remainder of 2026, rising to $85 per barrel in 2027. Even if a U.S.-Iran agreement is reached, crude will not return to pre-conflict levels of $60-$70 per barrel, the bank stated. A deal would reopen Strait of Hormuz oil transport, though Iran's production and export recovery to normal levels would require several months, Danske Bank noted.
