Curaçao Gaming Authority Orders Crypto Casinos to Ban Mixers and Sanctioned Wallets, Full Compliance Due June 2027

According to the Curaçao Gaming Authority, the regulator issued its first detailed crypto compliance guideline in June 2026, requiring licensed operators to ban mixers, sanctioned wallets and crypto-as-exchange activity immediately. Operators must deploy blockchain analytics and segregate wallets, with three-month deadline to file a compliant crypto policy, six-month deadline to complete risk assessments and staff training, and full compliance including wallet segregation, transaction monitoring and audit-ready record-keeping due by June 2027.
