Cryptocurrency Liquidations Hit $222 Million in 24 Hours, With 80,060 Traders Liquidated

According to Coinglass data, cryptocurrency derivatives markets saw $222 million in liquidations over the past 24 hours, with long positions accounting for $88.83 million and short positions $133 million.

Bitcoin liquidations totaled $41.51 million ($24.98 million long, $16.53 million short), while Ethereum liquidations reached $42.97 million ($26.62 million long, $16.35 million short). Across all markets, 80,060 traders were liquidated, with the largest single liquidation occurring on Hyperliquid’s SOL-USD pair at $4.68 million.
