According to sources known to the matter, Coowa, a Chinese robotics company backed by SoftBank Group, is preparing to file for a Hong Kong initial public offering within the next 2-3 months, with China Huatai Securities and Deutsche Bank assisting with the listing. The company raised over $600 million in its latest funding round at a valuation exceeding $30 billion (HK$234 billion), according to sources. The company generated over 1 billion yuan in revenue in 2025.
